Mar. 14, Headlines - All three Presidential candidates spent Thursday back in Washington, tending to their day job. In an all day vote-a-thon in the Senate, Republican John McCain separated himself from Democrats Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton on tax cuts.

McCain voted to support an extension of Bush's tax cuts on the wealthy. Obama called out McCain for supporting them this time, when he opposed them first time around.

John McCain skipped out on votes in the late afternoon pertaining to immigration. John McCain with George Bush One proposal would set aside money for the border fence along Mexico and for 6000 national guard troops to patrol the border. An enforcement only approach is something McCain originally opposed but has since embraced it.
