Hillary Clinton began clinching super delegates' support months ago racking up more than a third of super delegates available, many at a time when Barack Obama was still getting his footing on the campaign trail. Joining us is Congressman John Conyers, Chair of the House Judiciary Committee.

He is endorsing Barack Obama, he should be a super delegate but isn't because the DNC stripped Michigan from all delegates for moving their primary early. But he talks about why Hillary Clinton was able to garner so much early support from crucial super delegates.

John Conyers

"If you were running against the former president of the United States, and his wife, you would understand why you might not be able to get people who might ordinarily be expected to support you, to come forward. Nothing mysterious about it. Bill Clinton.. has more connections arguable then anybody else. It explains why the caucus is not united around Barack, and even the Out of Iraq Caucus is divided .. even though Obama's anti-war credentials are.. clearly superior."

Can the delegates from MI and FL fairly represent Obama?

He wouldn't campaign in those states. Clinton won by huge margins.

Isn't it unfair since Obama played by DNC rules in which seating MI and FL, likely cost him the nomination.

The DNC and states who voted for the primary dates, dug a quagmire.

Conyers, do you have fair solution?

I'm supporting Cynthia McKinney because, having been a Democrat like her, I have no believe in the fairness of the Democratic party.

Since being in the Senate Obama distinguished himself with absence from important talks about Iran, and missing most votes on the foreign relations committee.I'm shocked by the free pass given to Obama. But not all Blacks plan to follow the Pied-Piper in Nov.(See link below.)
