His proposal will dismantle the current chaotic primary system for a more orderly system where states will hold primaries on dates determined by regions. He proposes abolishing the electoral college, instead choosing the President on the popular vote. His proposal will include early and absentee voting in every state. His idea will abolish voting machines that don't leave a paper trail. Florida voters were punished for their state government moving the primary too early.
