Feb. 26, Interview - In addition to Connecticut, Obama received a majority of Latino votes in Virginia and his home state of Illinois. But Clinton's appeal to Latino voters is hard to overcome, especially in Texas, where the Clinton's have strong ties to the state and where Latinos could make up a quarter of voters. Obama's campaign is relying on their same grassroots strategy: seeking out Latinos to be precinct captains at Texas' caucuses and vying for the endorsement of Latino elected officials.

He scored big points at last week's Presidential debate when he talked about the Dream Act."
